About Us
O and S Design
O and S, we create exceptional garden rooms and bespoke living spaces designed to elevate modern lifestyles. Founded by Martin, a seasoned property professional with over three decades of experience, our work is rooted in a deep understanding of design, functionality, and personal comfort.
Since 1990, Martin has worked across all areas of the property industry—from estate agency and finance to designing specialist housing. This breadth of experience has evolved into a passion for crafting tailored spaces that support both everyday living and personal well-being.
Today, O and S focus on designing premium garden rooms and standalone spaces for discerning clients. Whether it's a fully liveable space for one or two people, or a dedicated retreat for wellness, fitness, or leisure—such as a private gym, golf simulator, or driving simulator—we build environments that reflect the needs of modern, sophisticated living.
Working alongside a leading high-end architect, we bring together the finest materials, intelligent design solutions, and a meticulous approach to craftsmanship. Every project is shaped by your lifestyle, your aspirations, and your desire for beauty and purpose.
